Alyees Qureshi is a professional technical writer, published poet, artist, and model. Alyees received his Bachelors of Science in Public Relations from the University of North Florida. As a creative director, Alyees has commendable experience in public relations writing and social media branding to help improve the various media presences of companies that he has worked with. After diligently writing his first book of poems, Alyees picked up a digital drawing pad and was determined to add graphic design and digital illustration to his array of skills.

Having lived in an American society, while also being raised in a traditional Pakistani-Muslim household, Alyees developed a drive to bridge the gap between his cultures. By rediscovering the very cultural roots that he buried, Alyees found peace in embracing the man that his journey helped him become today. Alyees believes that expression paves the path for growth, and thus masala chai was born. As his first collection of poems, Alyees hopes that his voice will resonate with those facing similar struggles and inspire them to express their own too. In his free time, Alyees enjoys collecting houseplants and cuddling with his shiba inu, Raiku.
